Verdis Denmark is a nationwide provider of environmental maintenance services
The company produces partial and total environmental maintenance services for business as well as public customers. Verdis is a major player in the field in Denmark with a turnover of over DKK 800 million. We serve our customers with more than 800 people spread over approx. 20 locations. Our Nordic parent company Verdis Group, which employs around 1,800 employees, brings international know-how and experience.
The company’s range of services includes all aspects of waste management for the needs of small, medium and large businesses. We plan, implement and develop our services. We monitor and report with the market’s most versatile reporting tool, which enables precise analyzes of operations and data-based development work.
Promotion of responsibility and CO2 neutrality is combined with our service solutions. Our goal is also to support our customers in achieving development in line with their goals in these areas.
Verdi’s Danmark services are of high quality, environmentally friendly, responsible and safely produced. We want to control our environmental impact and we have been able to significantly reduce emissions from transport with effective route planning and monitoring of new fleet and driving behaviour. We have built up our management system in a practical way and together with the staff. A safe way of working and operating is thanks to the open flow of information and feedback received from the drivers. For us, quality also means listening to customers and business partners, as well as our high-quality customer service.
Our way of doing things
The purpose of our management system is to ensure the quality of our operation and a high level of environmental protection, energy efficiency and occupational safety in all work phases. Our goal is to provide our customers with environmentally friendly, responsible and cost-effective environmental maintenance services. In collaboration with customers, we look for implementation methods that promote their operations. In our operations, in addition to environmental protection, we take into account the demands, needs and expectations of the employees and their representatives as well as our other stakeholders.
We take care of the health and well-being of our staff. We are committed to preventing work-related injuries and ill health as well as eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks.
To achieve these goals, we have established metrics for our operations, the results of which are reviewed regularly to promote continuous improvement of our operations. Our operating policy is reflected in all of our company’s activities. Our staff is constantly trained to further our goals and we actively monitor development projects in the field.
